I found the location excellent near the galata tower. it's close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was very helpful and kind. They offered assistance throughout my stay. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom.

The breakfast area felt a bit cramped. It's located in a small hallway. finding a free table immediately was sometimes difficult. i occasionally had to wait.

the staff were friendly. they gave a gift of turkish delights before checkout. the breakfast offered a wide selection. i would stay again.

the rooms we had were smaller than expected. the building seemed dated with mouldy tiles in the bathroom. the hotel overlooks a car park entrance with rubbish bins, they get overfilled.

the location is superb, close to galata tower. breakfast includes many fresh options, very tasty. i also appreciated that the room was quiet. the staff were attentive to all requests, very helpful.

the bathroom had a small issue. the shower head was loose. it affected water pressure slightly.
